This module is very flexible with many customizable options. You as the website administrator decide:
- who can view, add/edit, approve and delete the listings, company profiles and agent profiles
- the look for how the listings, company and agent profiles should be displayed (see Sample Image 3 below), including:
- name, instructions, whether or not the form is date driven, whether or not the form is integrated with the ECS module for payment, expiration notifications and security settings for each form
- which fields should be displayed, required and included in search for each form
- the look for the add, edit, delete, renew and approve links for each form
- the layout of each form for a list view, column or grid view, detail view and print view
- website branding for all items emailed and printed from your website
- the basic look and feel for the module including customizable graphics and advanced style sheets (see Sample Image 4 below)
If you’re looking to make some revenue from your website, not only can you can allow members to purchase real estate listings, but this module also has an advertising feature to generate more revenue. The advertising feature is also very customizable, see Sample Image 2 below. The advertising is managed by sections. Each section allows the website administrator to:
- define a name and labels for each field
- the maximum size of an image to upload
- pricing per section for each advertisement
- payment is processed using the eCommerce module
