bondware N E W S L E T T E R Bondware Community Calendar Major Community Calendar Upgrade Be on the lookout for …. Major Upgrade to Bondware’s Community Calendar Bondware is releasing a major upgrade to the Community Calendar module. This upgrade will add these features/functions to the Community Calendar: Event starting times now can be shown at the top of the hour or at 15-minute time intervals. New Community Calendar admin toggle setting, which forces the automatic resizing of graphics inserted into the calendar. This prevents an oversized graphic from “blowing up” the look of the calendar view. Graphics now can be resized to appropriate fit in the calendar. Provides for the addition of a Community Calendar event page. Now when the event title is clicked a separate events page shows up with all the event details. You, of course, may elect to set an admin check box that will bypass the Community Calendar event page and go directly to an external link. Now there is an event pending approval page, that will allow you to link to a preview of the event will ALL submitted data. Now when submitting a calendar event you will have a main submit event link where you can pick the day you want to submit an event. No longer will you need locate the specific date on the calendar prior submitting an event. So now you know the goodies to expect when you see the upgrade notice next to your ComCal module. Be on the lookout for this important upgrade. If you are not using the Community Calendar on your website, perhaps now is the time to consider adding this module.
