New Product Offering: Express
Our developers have been working hard the last few months on our new Express software package that will make it incredibly easy and fun to build a basic website. We are preparing to offer a beta test for our new drag and drop website builder at the first of the new year. While this software is nothing like our current Bondware offering, we feel that for non-technical users with basic website needs, this software will be a game changer in the web hosting industry. What does this mean to you? For starters, we will continue to update and support the Bondware platform as we always have. If you, or somebody you know is looking for a great way to build and host a basic website, we would love for you to let us know. Once the beta testing is completed, and all bugs are worked out, we will be adding several dynamic plugins to increase the functionality in Q1 of 2012.
Billing Changes
In an effort to streamline our billing and accounting processes, we are making a few minor changes to our billing activities. The most far reaching change should be a benefit to the majority of our customers. We will be emailing all of our statements the day we bill. This will help our customers who don't already recieve an itemized list of their charges already. As of January, we will be billing the first business day of every month. This is critical to some of our accounting processes that we have employed in Q4 of this year. Lastly, we will be adding late charges to accounts past 30 days. In today's business climate, timely payment is critical to long term business sustainability.
Latest Bondware Update
We updated Bondware on Decemeber 5th to include faster page loads, and various minor fixes that have been brought to our attention. Please continue to let us know how we can improve your experience.
Bondware Customer Relationship Management
Bondware has just put the finishing touches on a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. This will allow us to keep better intra-company track on all of our customers across support, sales, and customer requests. Many of you have already received calls from us "just checking in". As always, if you have any feedback, please feel free to call us directly.
