This website is no longer being maintained. Owners must log in to http://www.ghertner.com/ to access the community information and events. A few owners have already logged in and are receiving information directly via e-mail from the management company. We need 100% of our owners logged in as soon as possible. It will save the Woodlands money, get you information fast, no paperwork to keep track of and you can access your individual association account at any time. Your information is secure and private. The Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions are posted for public viewing. This new site is a management tool used by Ghertner & Company to better serve their customers. It will provide you with fast, accurate and imporant information at a fraction of the cost of the old site. The Board encourages you to use this site to communicate your concerns, needs and wants for your community. Instructions for logging into the new site: You will need to contact Ghertner customer service to obtain your security key by calling 277-0358 or emailing them at csr.ghertner.com. They would be glad to assist you with logging in for the first time and it takes about 2 minutes.
