Free Customer Support for Bondware Website customers
All Bondware customers receive free email support for as long as you remain a Bondware customer. Email support allows customers to submit tickets (questions) via our support website (http://support.bondware.com) and receive answers on how to do something with their site. This is not intended to be business consulting services around your website, but to answer specific questions about the software functionality and be an extension of our online help.
The optional phone support grants customers the ability to call into Bondware and ask questions directly, receiving a more personal touch and more detailed answers to questions.
Phone support is quoted independently based on customer need
An example of pricing might be our basic plan of $100/month which includes up to 2 hours of support per month.
